Ultimate, originally known as ultimate frisbee, is a non-contact team sport played by players with a flying disc (also known as a frisbee). Join the Sri Lanka Flying Disc Association for a coaching clinic followed by mini frisbee tournaments.

Ultimate Frisbee is fun and accessible to all. We have drills and pick-up games every Sunday at a decided location in Colombo on a weekly basis. We accept players of all types and skill, new and old.
