United Nations World Children’s Day was established in 1954 and is celebrated on 20 November each year and it offers each of us an inspirational entry-point to advocate, promote and celebrate children’s rights, translating into dialogues and actions that will build a better world for children.
This year has been really challenging for children and enjoyment of their rights due to the COVID–19 Pandemic and its aftermath. Considering the context, the British Council is hosting a public dialogue on parenting skills and online safety to mark the day.
Join us on 20 and 21 November 2021 from 5.00 p.m. onwards to hear experts from UNICEF, the pioneers of developing and promoting child rights to mark World Children’s Day!
