Rakhil Hirdaramani

Director, The Hirdaramani Group

A Director of the Hirdaramani Group, Rakhil joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for its knit facilities across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, he has also been instrumental in the Group’s diversification into the IT Services sector. Rakhil is a Member of the Young Presidents' Organization, where he serves as the Integration Chair for the Sri Lanka Chapter. Rakhil was educated at Winchester College UK and holds a BA International Business from the European Business School.

Dhamitha Dharmasena

Director of Human Resources, MAS Active

Director of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee of MAS Active, a division of MAS Holdings. Been with MAS for 10 years and been in operational and marketing roles prior to taking on the HR responsibility. He is a member of the FCMA, MCIM, a Chartered Marketer, and a holder of the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management of the Postgraduate Institute of Management, Sri Jayawardenepura [PDM (PIM-USJ)].
