WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
The main entrance to the British Council in Kandy which is on the second floor of the NSB Bank building is not accessible to people using wheelchairs or pushchairs.

The British Council in Kandy feature some wide level corridors accessible to visitors using wheelchairs. Other sections of the building have steps up and down, for which there are no ramps. The third floor is only accessible by stairs.
There are accessible classrooms on the second floor of the building which can be accessed by a visitor using a wheelchair. There is lift access for wheelchair users. These classrooms are equipped with [computers/tablets/computers and tablets] with screen magnifiers and screen reader software.
