The overall purpose of this role is to provide enquiry and registration services for the full range of British Council offers and support the Meet and Greet function in respective offices.

The post holder will have to work closely with business teams and aim to resolve customer enquiries on the first contact.

Additionally, he/she will play a key role in providing friendly customer experience at our physical centres, social media platforms and web chat.
