The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of all Teaching Centre products ensuring excellent stakeholder relationships and operations compliance in line with Teaching Centre objectives. To assist the Assistant Manager Student Services, Branch Manager and Customer Services to deliver back office services to all Teaching Centre customers in order to meet customer needs and enable the British Council to meet its corporate objectives.
