TRANSFER POLICY

A candidate may transfer test dates if they notify us more than 5 weeks prior to the elected test date.

A charge of Rs.2000/- will be made. The candidate must select a test date within the next 3-month period.

Candidates who wish to transfer test dates within the 5 week period prior to the test date will be treated as a cancellation and receive no refund.

Exemptions from the above rule:
     serious illness (e.g. hospital admission or serious injury)
     loss or bereavement - a close family member
     hardship, trauma – e.g. victim of crime, traffic accident etc.
     military service
In the above cases an administrative fee of Rs.3,000/- administrative fee will be levied.

REFUND POLICY

Candidates who wish to cancel their registration more than 5 weeks prior to the test date will receive a refund less an admin fee of Rs.2000/-.

Candidates who wish to cancel their registration within the 5 week period prior to the test date will receive no refund.

In the above cases a refund, less Rs.3,000/- administrative fee will be granted.
