If your child is new to the British Council, they willl need to take a placement test to find out which level is right for them. Register for this course and book a placement test by calling or visiting our English language centres.
HOW WILL YOUR CHILD'S PROGRESS BE ASSESSED?
We use continuous assessment to measure progress through homework, tasks and tests to assess your child's progress throughout the term. At the end of the academic year there will be a test.
At the end of each term, your child will get a report with comments from their teacher about their participation and progress.
Your child will receive a certificate during the academic year. To receive a certificate your child will need to attend at least 60% of the course (i.e. minimum six out of ten lessons in each term).
